  • My wife and I used Claudia from a recommendation from a friend. We met with her and she helped us with our complex situation of buying a gen smart house for my wife and I, our three kids and my wife's grandpa. She had a very positive attitude from the get go. She listened to our wishes and pulled houses that only fit our criteria. We found a new home and Claudia was able to get us in the house for 15k less than asking plus a bunch of incentives like blinds, a water softener and a few other goodies. She was at our walk through and pointed out a few items that we didn't catch. If you're looking to buy the perfect house start with Claudia!
