  • I frequent this as I had a great experience with Charmaine (older blacl lady) and have returned many times. I dropped by today to get a quick cut...the cut was way to short and I had to colour it since the roots were showin. I asked him (my temp stylest since Charmaine isnt there) to and I was told for the cut it'd be $37 by the front desk girl. After a quick sloppy whip of color he left me there as he went on to cut two other clients who (Im not kiddin you) looked very missirable as they see their new cut. My cut was so sloppily done without double checking and after coloring he told me its $110 and even the front desk girls looked shocked as he came up with the numbers out of thin air. I questioned it and he said the cut was $40 and colour would have been $70 my fckn hair was as short as Grace Jones' I didnt even want it that short to begin with. It was my mistake mot t double checkin the total peice before he slapped the color on my hair but l....am so sorry Charmaine and whoever has some talent on here...I just could NEVER EVER come back here. Im beyond disappointed and disgusted and I know what a $100 cut and color looks like...I came in with a bright golden reddish hair and choose he same color from the chart but left with a lezbionic cut thats raven black. I honestly wanna cry right now. It would have been fine if he ripped me off and I left with a nice cut...I would have at least forgiven you guys a bit.
