  • We went to Moon Valley Nursery to buy a Palm tree to replace the one that we had that died. The "come on" ad that advertised a very low price for Palms was our reason for trying them. Well the Palm was not the "come on "ad price of $12.99 but $ 299 instead with planting, trip charge, Palm Juice which is understandable. I was a little taken back when they said we had to wait 4 weeks for delivery and they told us to text a picture of the Palm we needed to have removed so they could quote us that price. Also the Salesmen Corey was going to get back to us to let us know what they would charge to trim another bush. Well they never returned my 7 phone calls and eventually showed up to plant the Palm. They immediately broke my pool pipe and told me they were not responsible for that. I demanded a refund for the Palm and said I would never do business with them again, due to the very poor Customer Service since they never returned calls and the long wait to get the Palm in the first place. After being lied to for a week about the credit to my charge being placed we had to physically go down their to get the credit !
