Worst place to take a urinalysis. I'm a military vet of 4 years and recently discharged two months ago. Once I walked through the doors, I was asked to sign in rudely. I then proceeded to look for the sign in sheet and it was nowhere to be found. The same rude lady at the front desk noticed the absence as well and then placed the sign in sheet with a sigh. I was never told of how the drug screening was gonna be taken i.e. Urine, blood or saliva but was expecting a blood test because they asked if I was a "driving " . (Not knowing that they meant driver for the department of transportation) because of this I was not prepared for a urinalysis but struggled to give a sufficient sample regardless. The temperature according to her did not read when I clearly saw it in the green. I was then asked to give another sample but knew that it would take quite a while. During the wait, two more individuals also tried to give a sample but coincidently did not have readings to her standards. A little over an hour passes and I try again with someone watching and this time I did couldn't give them a sufficient amount. I left in frustration because of the time wasted and attitude given. If you're a company who deals with this clinic, go somewhere else cause in summary, this has been an aggravating experience.
