If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I recently relocated out to Nevada and was pleasantly surprised that they had a Dress Barn near my new home in Summerlin. Unfortunately to my dismay it looks like I will strictly shop at the locations in California when I return to visit because this location was a huge disappointment to say the least. I walked in around 4pm on a weekend and there were only a group of gentlemen in the store at that time and two sales associates. When I walked in the one woman who was folding or fixing apparel right by the door, merely looked at me and continued to go about what looked like just "appearing" to look busy. In the 10 minutes that I was shopping in that particular section, she never once acknowledged that I was there? Not even a hello? How are you doing today? Nothing. The other associate was chatting away with the men who were in the store and also never once said hello. I would think that in a retail store, where customer service is key, engaging with your potential clients would be ideal. I would recommend that the first woman I encountered who was caucasian, petite with short brown hair get out of the retail business altogether. She ignores the fact that there are customers in your building, couldn't fix what she was working on apparently in a 10 minute timeframe and altogether avoids eye contact as if you are bothering her by being in the store. Retail equals dealing with customers. If you don't like people, then maybe retail isn't for you. I wish this location the best, because you definitely lack what is needed for a return visit.
