  • Yay, council and all their problems, the change of staff have you baffled but maybe now with Helen at the reign the horse will do to drink. Mrs Joyce at the front is a blessing, she is the most friendliest receptionist that one will ever meet, she is the ambassador for keeping you informed and making you feel welcoming to this place of business. I my opinion there could be a better form of communication between council and their volunteers because without them, there would be no council. It is a great opportunity for young ladies to meet new friends and experience trips, community service, camping, and bonding that they wouldn't make in school. The only thing I would say if your daughter becomes a scout stay a scout it is a life changing decision that will pay off in the long run. Go girl scouts
