rev:text	This office deserves NEGATIVE STARS. I cannot suggests enough that you DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My experience is like others here. For those who don't like to read the reasons to avoid this place at all cost is 1. They essentially commit insurance fraud and charge you up front and then make it nearly impossible to get your refund. 2.the office staff is HORRIBLE and RUDE specifically Tami Miller-I have never met a more disagreeable person 3.they do not care about patient care and only want to get as many visits and codes so they can get reimbursed. Now in depth for those detail oriented I was overcharged and it took over 20 calls and the course of 4.5 months to get my refund for a mistake they made. Basically they claimed I hadn't met my deductible and made me pay upfront even though I had (this was sept and I had 2 er visits earlier in the year.) The staff was beyond rude especially Tami Miller the insurance verifier. They lied to me over and over again until I threw a fit in the office. It also took them 3 months to order my Nexplanon implant and that was only after I called and checked at least once a week. Finally 4 months later I had an appointment. I still had not received my initial refund of over $100 and they tried to make me pay another $200 deductible up front because it was the new year. I told them due to the mistake they made last time I would wait until my insurance sent me the Eob and they refused to render any services until I paid. They still owed me $$$ and they were trying to take more from me!!! This is just a small portion of why I will never return and will strongly advise anyone against even considering this as their obgyn. An obgyn is an important thing to us females and you should not go to someone who does not care about you as a patient, only collecting money. In conclusion STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! Don't believe me? read the other reviews of woman who have the same experience, when there are multiple people saying the same thing there is obviously something wrong.
