| - Read all reviews before doing business with this company! Unfortunately I usually consult Yelp before making any decisions, I failed to this time and paid dearly! So shame on me for not reading all the horrible reviews on this company, they are all RIGHT!
Very poorly managed with employees who are rude and do not care! They also operate under Desert Carpet Cleaners or Stainmaster so DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these companies either!
Here is what will happen to you!!! I am just going to sum up my terrible experience in some bullet points.
- They will try to charge you 400% more than what you are quoted on the phone no matter how clear you are about what you want and what you are trying to accomplish and the condition of your carpets.
- they will try to tell you your carpets are in horrible condition even if they are just over a year old.
-they will not move furniture, but probably won't tell you that either even after you ask. I asked what I need to move, they said nothing but then just didn't clean there.
-I still question if they are really using the products they said... I think it is like one review says that they just spray water all over your carpet and suck it up.
-if it isn't done right the first time, be ready to fight and be ready to be treated worse than you have even been treated in your life.
-they will most likely be late or not show up at all! Yes, I rescheduled them when they didn't did a horrible job the first time and they didn't show up. I took time off work for them and they didn't show, for this they did not even apologize.
-they also wanted to recharge me to come back even though they "guarantee" their work because I didn't pay their $400 price.
-when they finally did the redo, it was the same guy who came out the first time (I had already requested new techs), he did a half fast job again, done in under 30 minutes.
-also, both times they came out they dumped all their waste from my job and whatever other jobs they did in the gutter. The 2nd time resulting in me getting a complaint from my HOA.
Guess what? My dog has not even been on the carpet yet, it is totally dry and already smells like dog urine! Should I call them again? I think it is worth paying someone new before I get treated like absolute crap again!!!!
I did call after I got the complaint from my HOA and talked to Fallon, she was the 1st nice person there I talked to and I learned that there is a supervisor above anyone I had talked to before. She said they are not to dump in the street, I didn't think so and I am sure OSHA would not approve. She filed another complaint on my behalf and it should land on Nathan's desk. Let's hope Nathan is nice and professional and wants to do the right thing, one can always hope!
so to recap!
If you like Bait and Switch moves, lazy technicians, dishonesty, being treated with the worst customer service ever, dealing with rude employees and not having the job done right the 1st or 2nd time...then this is your company! If you like paying for horrible service, give these guys a call... they will give you every penny of value for bad service!!!
Note to self... YELP it before you schedule it. Shame on me for not doing it. I have wasted several precious hours of my life I will never get back. Been stressed out, screamed at and treated worse than I have ever been treated by a company. My fault for not reading yelp. Now I need to call another company to come out.
Do not pay cash, pay with your major credit card so you can charge it back!
