Fabulous, inventive flavors in a relaxed, intimate setting. We were two couples on a Saturday evening, and enjoyed a great meal in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We asked which appetizers she recommended and got a fabulous set of Pelmini (meat dumplings with sour cream) and short rib Caramelle pasta (named for the shape like wrapped candies). The Noodle Bowl and Scottish Salmon were the highlights, although tender smoked lamb and Carbonara were also good. Try anything with something pickled in it! Honey cake to round out the evening was perfect -- just the right amount of subtle sweetness and cream, complemented by a tart ?boysenberry? preserve. Service was impeccably paced. One of the most enjoyable meals. It is hard to believe that this place is run by just the two of them!
