  • If I can give negative stars I would, and unfortunately this is the second time I am giving a sucky review. And this time it's even worse, last week my AC unit broke and that was on a Wednesday, they told me it will get fixed friday and what do you know, it's Monday and nothing still. Apartment manager had no clue how to even console a tenant, all she was saying was "I'm sorry this is happening to you" with a straight face on, no emotions at all. I had sent an email about my complaint on Saturday and her respond to me was "emails aren't my priority" and that Is why nothing gets done! I call, no one picks up, I go to the office and nothing gets done still. What a joke. It has caused a lot of emotional distress and heat exhaustion on my end for her to just say "I'm sorry".
