  • Carl is about the greatest guy that you will ever meet. He is also an excellent auto mechanic. I have taken my car to him several times, dating back to 2011. He will evaluate a car for free and will tell you honestly which repairs are worth making and which are not. The work is always excellent and his prices are highly competitive. I recently came back to town and my old car had some major problems. I was seriously considering junking it. Carl convinced me that it was worth fixing, and that he could do it at an affordable cost. He replaced the timing belt for about half the price that other mechanics were quoting me. After the work was completed, I was amazed at just how well the car ran. I am glad that I have Carl to take my car to so that I can keep it on the road and can avoid the hassle and expense of purchasing a new car. Carl is always interesting to talk to. Take a look at the books on the bookshelf in his office. He is a very learned man. If you take your car in to Carl, you will get an honest evaluation, excellent and affordable repair work, and a great conversation--every time.
