| - I was extremely unimpressed with my first and last experience at Stitch it. On Monday, August 21, 2017, I patiently waited for approximately 15 minutes in the store, before the woman working even acknowledged my existence. Not a single hi, hello, just a moment, nothing. Then, once I am able to tell her what I need done, she immediately says that she cannot do what I need done and to take it to a professional. No explanation as to why she can't do it, recommendations, etc. Is she not a professional? I take something to a seamstress to get altered and I am rejected and told to take it to a professional. This woman clearly lacks both customer service and alteration skills.
