  • This has been the most amazing experience of selling our home, that we actually purchased through Gina Sharpe ( our realtor). Gina tells you exactly what you should sell for, based on how fast you want to move the home and what she really feels will be the final selling price. This was no joke, we listed on Friday per Gina's request and strategy, had an open house on Saturday. She had a "stager" come in with recommendations and our house sold that same day for well above listing price with two people bidding against each other. Gina did a video and professional photography to really promote our home. She was focused on our outcome and is very attentive to our needs not only as a seller but also a buyer for our new home. She has coordinated the close and been over to the new home to allow us to measure for flooring and ect many times, never complaining. I cannot say enough of the fantastic and awesome experience from Gina and her company! She quickly becomes "family" and is an absolute hoot to work with! I would recommend her and her company to any of my closest family and friends. Worth every penny and I can guarantee that you will certainly not be disappointed! Please give them a call and you can even tell them that Shellie and Tom sent you! Love them!
