  • I really used to enjoy coming here. However, recently, they have double and triple booked appointments. I brought my daughters into the salon for an appointment that was made in advance. While it started off well, then they took 2 other customers-- leaving one of my daughters waiting in cold water (pedicure) and the other resting her hands in acetone for 20 minutes. I asked the technician working on me to please stop and help my daughters. The nail salon experience should calming and relaxing. This ended up stressful and chaotic. My advice to the business is to plan for more techs on the weekend. Revised- they saw my post and also compensated us for my other daughter's pedicure, so Ive added another star.
