  • This is the second time I have used this clinic. I will never go back. I will be calling the owners to tell them about my experience which at the end was awful. There is a woman there that took my information towards the end of the visit who made me feel unsafe. She threatened to not submit my paperwork because she didn't like the fact that I was not smiling or happy while I was sitting in her office. She verbally assaulted me, for NO reason, and told me that I had to smile in her presence. She told me, and I quote "you should be happy when you are here because I am giving you the right to smoke marijuana legally". When I said I might not be smiling because I was in pain,(clearly the reason I use marijuana) she told me that she has 15 years old that come in to the office that are in more pain than me, even she said she was in more pain than me. Who is this person to even say that to a patient? This woman appeared to have mental issues. She was hostile and bizarre and I really felt threatened by her. I am almost 60 years old, own a company and if I had an employee like this woman, she would be fired on the spot. It was just a horrible experience that left me feeling very uneasy. I waited to post this review because I was worried that she would destroy my paperwork. That is how she made me feel during her interview with me. I don't need to be threatened by a medical facility. That is just not right.
