  • He came up with 23 windows for a 2100 sq ft home and a quote of almost $300. Last time( not window Genie) it was $160 I had some friends here and 2 ladies asked for cards as they want window cleaning. I did not have time to count the windows while they were here but I guess they must have counted every PANE as a window because i only see 19 and 2 of those are TINY windows. When waiting to be paid I noticed the kitchen window was still FULL OF stains towards the bottom, he had to reclean that. WHAT A RIP OFF, NEVER AGAIN "WINDOW GENIE OF THE EAST VALLEY! PS The other ladies who asked for the cards to call for cleaning left your cards at my house. I guess they weren't impressed either. He did revise his estimate down at the end BUT it was TOO LATE BY THEN, Try thumbtack that site worked well for me last time and the windows,(int, ext, and screens) were ALL cleaned very well for $160.
