  • Vladimir came to my rescue when another repair service could not replace the belt on my washer. I went on Yelp and found Smith's Appliance repair and used their on line appointment schedule and filled out my problem. I was contacted that evening and had an appointment for the day after. They even worked around my working hours and came out after I got off. Vladimir not only replace my belt quickly for the same quote that I received by the other company but also replace a broken cycle knob for no charge. ( The other company told me that it would cost $ 300 to replace that knob ) I would highly recommend this company for the quality and efficient customer service at a price that does not empty your wallet !
