So I haven't used Stateline since 2013, yet I'm still being bombarded with their useless, wasteful junk mail. I've called them repeatedly, most recently I spoke to Michelle on 9-23-16 who again said she'd remove me from their marketing list. And here today I get more junk mail from them.
If being forced to endure years of junk mail irritates you, then by all means DO NOT BUY FROM OR HAVE SERVICE DONE BY Stateline CJD or you'll be throwing away trash for years to come. Why must dealerships completely alienate previous customers like this??
It's irritations just like this that have pushed me to embrace a much smaller repair facility to use that I can trust AND that won't overcharge me to cover their massive, ongoing marketing costs. THIS, boys and girls, is how marketing FAILS!
