  • Madeline groomed both of my 80 pound golden retrievers. This was the first grooming experience for both of them. The 6-year old is a little sensitive to new environments, but Madeline was so gentle and reassuring while doing an efficient and beautiful job. The 7-year old has had two knee surgeries in the last 24 months and this was taken into account with his care and grooming as well. Good customer service with prior day's reminder, customer care (I stayed there the whole time, although sitting well out if the way--not necessary, but just me), and pet care. Thanks Madeline!
