  • I love Edible Arrangements, but I had a not so great experience today with the 160, Tega Cay, SC location. I ordered an Edible Arrangement on 2-15-17 a little after 11am, I was told by a Store Rep. that the order would be delivered by 5pm today. When I tracked my order around 2pm, it said that it was 'out for delivery.' At 4:30pm, it was still listed as 'out for delivery.' I called the location at 4:45pm and was told that they were still working on it and it hasn't left the building yet. Either someone is falsely updating their tracking system or they simply don't care whether or not their customers are properly taken care of. I understand that today is the day after Valentine's Day, but what I do not understand is how you can guarantee a delivery before 5pm and lie about delivering a product that you haven't started working on. It would have been better if they gave me a call and told me that they wouldn't be able to deliver the arrangement prior to 5pm. The Rep that I spoke to at 4:45pm was very nonchalant and unapologetic. Now my Mom doesn't have a birthday gift from me. Thanks, Edible Arrangements!
