If I could give no stars I would! First a price was quoted over the phone but when I showed up to check out the couch the girl wanted to up the price almost $100! I almost walked out until she saw that I was paying cash. From there she proceeded to tell me the color I wanted wasn't even available to be ordered. So I went with another color (of course they didn't have a color swatch available for me to see). I should've left the store then but nope I proceeded to pay for my sectional - in cash. From there, Fumbling Sales Girl #1 told me that my couch would be delivered today (Wednesday 6/29) between 1pm - 8pm. Ok cool.
Fast forward to 6/29 and I haven't received any kind of information regarding my delivery. My boyfriend calls the store and Fumbling Sales Girl #2 proceeds to tell him that a piece of my sectional wasn't shipped so my delivery date was pushed back until Friday. How horrible is it that the customer has to call in to figure out what's going on? I was told they only call when the delivery guy is 30 mins away. So if something is missing and / or your delivery date changes THEY DO NOT CALL TO INFORM YOU OF ANY CHANGES. Let that craziness sink in. Forget calling, apologizing for the inconvenience & attempting to provide excellent customer service. It's not rocket science!
I called and was told if I cancelled my order there would be a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee for something that's either out of stock or has not been shipped. Umm...yea ok.
This place is a joke. The employees are even bigger jokes. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere with class and high customer service standards!
