  • Well its 335pm phoenix time on a Monday.. I get to Jose Roux after being told good food and a relaxing place I can sit for awhile. I have time and money but yet a request for a booth puts the hostess in a bossy and not very customer service oriented mood. When I specifically say I would rather have a booth after trying to squish me in-between 3 other people, she tells me its only for a group of four..the 6 booths that sit empty. I ask again she says we can't. I wait to hear she is joking but shes not... so...I head to the next place that will take my difficult request lol and my money. I'm sure she thought she was doing all the good waiting for those 6 groups of 4 ...coming soon that might not have spent more than me on my 3 hour layover to Austin. Can't rate the food, but lack of service..stellar!
