  • I was scammed today by hotels.com a site owned by Expedia. My credit card company attempted to assist me but unfortunately I'm bound by the terms and conditions set by expedia/hotels.com which provides no refunds or cancellations even though their faulty software was responsible for the wrong dates, wrong nights and wrong rates. When I attempted to reach Expedia headquarters via phone number 425.679.7200 it was impossible to speak with anyone. Lesson learned, never again try using third party businesses like Expedia. Complete sleaze!
