  • I find it to be work to be on a vacation. My family loves being away, and so a few times a year I suck it up and we venture out to try new things. We have had pet care for our variety of critters over the years, and normally things go pretty smoothly. I have had hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, cats, dogs, you name it. Its important to me to have good service. I found it was hard with these people to know what was going on. There is a lack of communicating. I guess having many different people watching our animals over the years, I have just come to know and expect certain things. Some ladies have left notes for me and some have called or left a sms message. This group though doesn't do this very well. That's a deal breaker. So I wont be calling on them again. Nothing against them personally.
