  • My wife and I purchased a 2009 VW Tiguan from this dealership, literally 2 hours ago. The salesman, Darrell (not sure if i spelled that right) was informative, but not annoying, and was not at all aggressive in his efforts. It was a relaxing environment that really took the pressure and annoying-ness out of the equation for purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I have been to 5 other dealerships in the past week and all of them gave us the run around regarding the price, and telling us that "the vehicle we want, is not the vehicle that we want" kind of speech. We were immediately embraced with smiling staff and were test driving the vehicle within minutes. After a short negotiation on the price we locked on the vehicle at the BEST value we have found after weeks of searching and speaking with other dealers. I recommend you check their online inventory, and if anything catches your eye, give them a call or swing by. They are willing to work FOR you, not for the commision!!! I'd also like to mention that Cheryle was awesome too, very kind and great customer service skills. Overall, very pleasing experience, and we are excited to have closed the deal on suc short notice and with no resistance or long sales pitches.
