I have been to this location several times with no problems. So this visit I choose to get a less costly oil change instead of the $74.99 high mileage synthetic blend. I was already for the sales tactics that they were about to throw at me. I know my car very well no problems what so ever. As soon as i pull in i tell them dont touch my air filter i replaced it myself. So they ask about the cabin filter, I told it was just replaced. One of the worker question who replaced it. I told him the dealership his response was "Oh the dealership usually don't check the cabin filter unless you request it". So there goes 2 strikes down of "lets bleed the consumer as much as we can". So they started to question why i went over the 3,000 miles interval. So next here comes the you have a oil leak, so im like where? Not knowing i check my car daily for any leaks being garage kept, no oil stains in my garage at all. So the oil leak they said was around the oil gasket me knowing that's a lie. So the sales tactic this time was we have a leak stopper fluid when can add to to your engine priced between 20 to 30 dollars forgot the exact amount. I told them no thank you, I will take it to the dealership to have it fixed. So I get the oil changed and leave. While I'm driving I know something is not right. I get home pull into the driveway as soon as i park I check under my car and sure enough It's leaking oil and It was fine before i left to have the oil changed. So i wipe all the area i see where oil is coming from. Once i got to my oil pan plug, I wipe around it and the bolt turns. At this point I am super pissed thinking these guys have stripped my oil drain plug. I turn it with my had to the right to see if it will tighten. Sure enough it tighten up, so I torque it the correct specs. Then i called to complain, didnt expect much from them other then i will tell the manager about it. But I will be filing a complaint about their deceptive practices. Will never deal with crooks like this again. Be mindful of your vehicle there is a crook at every corner looking to make a quick buck.
