  • I agree with Katelyn B review. The place is pathetic as I wrote before. They verified my insurance and every time I went there they took money from me because that is what the insurance said. I complied with all directions and later to find out they had a problem with my insurance and they billed me over $900 for their services which were truly dreadful. They said the insurance company would not pay the claims(after they already told me the therapy was covered). I specifically asked them to call my insurance company to verify all and they did and responded back that I was Ok to go. Only to find out 8 months later they had an insurance problem with the insurance(apparently a nationwide problem they say!) which mind you was pre approved by them!!!!! I am an 800 credit score. Pay all my bills and then got hit with a collection for over $900 because of their ineptness. I say beware of the offices total lack of knowledge(as well) and please realize that their skill level I found less than desirable and they did not help one bit but to try and damage my credit because they screwed up!!! I paid every office visit when they asked. You would think for their mistakes they made that they would make good for their mistakes. They handled this situation in a very unprofessional matter and were extremely rude. Including the head person Linda who was just not nice. She will come off very nice but she is not! Remember my previous review was deleted because they were being exposed by me. The methods of treatment are extremely ineffective and they have to read out of a book to propose the next exercise. Therapists that have been doing this a long time should know just based on frequency what to do than read out of a therapy notebook.
