  • Couldn't be happier. Unlike a few of the other companies, I was actually able to get my call answered. There's a win right there. Chris was in the middle of another quote when I called but he was still helpful, polite, got my info and promised to call me right back - which he did. I needed my front windshield replaced and when I couldn't answer a few questions about the bells and whistles on my car, he had me text him some photos so he could figure it out for me. I really appreciated the assist and the courteous way in which he did it. Once I texted the pictures he quickly got back to me with a quote and we set the appointment up. The technician, Sam was prompt, friendly and knew his stuff. He did a great job installing the windshield and getting all the wires hooked up. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish - and the price was great. My only regret was trying to call another company first before I called AGR.
