  • On Christmas day, there were like 8 of us who were told the cars we had reserved were not there, and would not be there. Nor was Dollar able to get cars for us from other places. It was mayhem. People were shouting and making threats. The staff went and HID in the backroom. After an hour, i went to Enterprise, which was only place at the airport that had cars (well, a few SUVs) available, and rented from them. I could hear shouting from the Dollar building from across the parking lot. I have no idea how it all ended over there. NEVER AGAIN. Dollar is the worst offender in terms of overbooking. Stay far, far away.
