I am astonished by the reply. My appointment was on a Thursday. It was 3 weeks before I posted anything on Yelp. There was NO snow nor bad weather during that time. I have email and texts to prove how I was treated. That is why the tile company in which they sell took care of my problem. Fireplace & Granite have to pay dues to be able to sale this product. If they get to many more complaints, this tile company will take away their rights to sale it. Nice try with the lies. I have dates, times, emails, tests to prove my position. This happened way before bad weather. Shall I post everything I have? Perhaps you need a customer service makeover, and apologize. Apology????? Still haven't heard that yet. So customers let that tell you something. Excuses excuses and lies.
