  • Don't patronize this jerk or his establishment. Took a brand new $136 down blanket in to wash and dry prior to using. When it came out of the washing machine the owner suggested starting it in the drier on high heat despite my insisting 3 times the instructions said low heat. He assured me nothing would happen on high heat when that wet for the first ten to fifteen minutes if item was turned every few minutes and then turned to low for remainder of drying. End result was scorching on satin binding ruining the blanket. Owner claimed NO responsibility for his horrible advice and offered no restitution. He is a total ***hole. I took pictures but see no way to post them.
