  • I am very happy with my experience at Don Sitts. Mark H was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. I went down first time with my girlfriend and he was very kind to the both of us and I felt good about the dealership. This time I journeyed down to look at a SUV with my mother who is very talented at car shopping and I value her opinion higher than my own. She was treated very well even when asking some hard questions and looking for the right answers. I had a couple requests and everything was down without any issue. Mr. Sitts was a phenomenal person and made us feel like we were at the right place. The car is in unbelievable condition for the age and miles. I have only owned the car for about 12 hours but I feel so great about my time there. The store closed at 4pm and we did not finish until around 5pm and there was no pressure at all and the deal was done right. v. HIGHLY recommend shopping here. I really feel you will be in the right to shop here and it outshines most of the other dealerships that I went to. Jason was also very nice and got things done. They even asked about my research and survived my 20 minute dissertation on Alzheimer's research... that is impressive. Not even my girlfriend or mother can.
