  • These guys make and confirm appointments (Richard) who said he will be at the place by 8:30 a.m instead shows at 7:30 a.m. they don't even answer there own phones till 8:00 a.m Carl 216-857-1295 who is a total jack a!! apparently said they are really busy so at that point I explained then cancel me since you don't show up at the appointments as stated and then they said well since your not here we have to go on. It's 7:30 a.m idiots and you don't even answer your own phones and I have to put my day on hold for your stupid a## No continue to be "busy" and neglect your appointment times that you setup. DON'T USE THESE GUYS USE A LOCAL GUY NOT A CHAIN !
