  • They suck, and I don't use that term lightly. Ummmm thanks for wasting my day and not calling or showing up. I wasted my entire day hoping that you could come to the mercy of my appliance repair. It is a real shame that Sears even contracts out such a terrible business. It's because of crappy contractors like you, that caused businesses that were built in America q close. I'm trying to understand how you operate a business where you don't call or show up. I do not recommend anyone in their right mind to use this service.
