  • Went there on Feb 13 because my wife wanted to pick up flowers for our friend's birthday. We wanted red roses and the owner informed us that it would cost $6/rose. He then received a phone call and oddly said that someone is coming to help out. About 10 min later, someone did come and did a poor job of putting together a floral arrangement and didn't even put the protective plastic wrap, considering it was -25 outside. The owner than said it cost $7/rose and I corrected him. Poor service, owner who doesn't care other than who gives him the most money, poorly managed, has a bunch of people who are unqualified to help out, and over priced. Never going back - ever. Just go to Metro which is at Churchill and Yonge or Flower Palace at Yonge and Finch
