  • I had my oil changed here on 10/3/2016 for my 2013 Ford Escape. We were leaving for the week to New Mexico. To my surprise, when we got to Albuquerque it sounded like things were flying off from under my vehicle. My husband looked underneath it, and sure enough the undercar shield was hanging on by only 4 screws (it needs 10). We had to take it to a Ford dealership to get additional screws so parts don't continue to fly off. I'm just thankful it didn't pop my tires or cause us to wreck. I won't be going back to this location for this reason. I will say though that my oil change went quickly and initially I was content with my service.
