  • If customer satisfaction or honest pricing is important to you I would not recommend going here. Don't believe their prices...ask for the menu....They charge on a sliding scale and seem to charge more if you are not a regular customer who knows the prices...kids mani/pedi said $15, I paid $25. Manicure said $12, I was charged 15. Took my mother to get her manicure and set of Gel nails done, pricing and display outside said $25. Both mom and I were planning to get the full set and so when they asked if nails should be cut short figured it would be best with the fake tips. After cutting the nails short and after having showed us the fake nail samples, they just painted our nails vs putting any tips saying it'd be extra for tips. I am a bit confused on if they really didn't understand or if they pretended to not understand...ended up getting charged $45 vs the $25 published in their menu and on the big yellow flag outside....that was for shortened nails painted with no hand massage with a manicure that I have been accustomed to...If atleast the quality of work was good I would have been ok...however, in less than a day, the polish on my nails were peeling. In the end I ended up spending close to $100 for extremely poor service and left feeling cheated. We tried to call them to understand if they would do anything to correct it but the owner was very uncooperative. Customer service doesn't exist here so if it's important to you I wouldn't recommend OBI.
