Time is a deciding factor when it comes to buildings and even the standards for staff. I moved into S.R. back in Dec. 2002. I loved my apts (2 units) and the staff. I spent a little over 4 years there. Apartment living is difficult at best. The staff either makes or breaks your stay there. I was fortunate to experience one of the best staffs in two Equity Residential apartment complexes. Yes, that was long ago. Where I am in Prescott Valley, makes Sedona Ridge look like a first class operation. The staff at Tapestry (property manager only) is a nightmare. She cares less about the tenants and uses the lease as a sword. It is not owned by a real property management company. But a large wealthy family who owns most of Prescott Valley. This is their first time dabbling in human residential, and they don't know what the hell they are doing. So count your blessings, it could be worse some place else. Apt. living in temporary. pjs
