  • GENESIS AUTO tint, i took them the 1st car to tint over a year ago, for a removal and full tint install,i was told it would take 3 hours, well it took over 3 hours and it made me late for work, and on top of that, they left half of the windows untinted,so i had to return the next day for Javier to finish the job an not his new guy that really didnt seem to know what he was doing. I took them a 2nd vehicle about a month ago, and they just tinted over the window tint that was already there because it was the cheapest way to do things..yes i gave them a 2nd chance.. I took them another vehicle yesterday 5/5/18, and droppped it off around 12:30pm. I specifically told him I wanted FULL removal of old tint, and installe of LIMO tint ALL around (including visor strip) and 15% on the front 2 windows (driver/passenger)...I got a text around 7pm saying the car was ready..upon getting there, I immediately noticed the front 2 windows were way 2 light, and the visor strip was about the lightest tint ive ever seen.the back 3 windows of this truck were different shades, the sliding window was the darkest and the 2 outer were lighter. THEY ONLY REMOVED the existing tint on the front 2 windows and just applied more tint onto the existing tint on the rest of the vehicle. nothing i had asked for was done. I even specifically told him a 2nd time right before i got picked up afterr dropping it off and JAVIER said "yeah bro"...I ended up with a truck with 4 different shades of tint. I pointed out the visor strip to Javier and that same employee from the first car i ever had them do, and JAvier just said he would take $10 off the total price..I even told them I was gonna take it elsewhere to get re-done (another $30 spent) and they just said OK....Javier does not stand by his work, when I pointed these things out, he said, "its for sale right? you're selling it anyways bro"...Whether Im selling it or not, shouldnt distate the quality of work Javier is going to do. I do sell cars, I usually flip about 4 cars a month. NOT JUNKERS either. low mileage used cars with near perfect interiors. but now I have a 50,000 mile mint truck with 4 different shades of tint. sucks for javier because I was gonna give him my business.4 cars a month is good business. AND YES, I DO replace the tint on all the cars, its a selling point to buyers. Im a car guy and thats what I would look for in a car, good quality tint, which Javier has failed to do so. If you are a good tint guy and reading this, and want my business, please message me directly. I will never again go to GENESIS AUTO TINT or Javier again. he managed 2 screw up 2 out of 3 cars I took him.ULTIMATE TINT FAIL!
