We've had CenturyLink for over 5 years our promotion ran out and they talked me into upgrading with prism they give me it for a certain amount monthly they mess the bills up, overcharging me plus my bills were in Spanish for a year prior and it took a year to get them out of Spanish.
I overpaid they will not reimburse the guy actually had a nerve to say I should be happy with the amount that I was paying and that he wasn't going to credit me for the overcharge an overpayment and he was rude and I have been calling every month since November trying to get it straightened out and every month I was told all the credits there it'll be applied next month this month I get an incredibly rude man who couldn't get out of his own way to say that I should be happy paying what I was paying and that he was making notes no credits would be applied and no mistakes were made horrible service can't believe after 5 years they would pull this definitely would not recommend and anyway or form they don't stand behind what they say and when they make mistakes they pass it along to you!!!! And I do apologize because I did lose my temper with him because he was so arrogant an adamant that I was wrong and that no mistake was made and I didn't know what I was talking about. So he basically called everyone else that I spoke to months previous Liars but that doesn't excuse my losing my temper with him...
