  • I called for a service and it took them only 20 minutes to get back to me (this was via our HomeWarranty) and the appointment was set within the hour! Their staff, Allan, Alyssa (not sure I did spell their names wright) were professional, and were all the more too happy to help. Ben, the technician, polite, showed up on time and worked hard to fix my AC/Heating system (the motor had been wired backwards???). I have dealt with many AC companies over my 20+ years here in AZ and have seen my share of cons and other problems...I was just overall impressed by the quality of service and professionalism from Iceman Cooling and Heating. Set up an appointment now for the home I live in for my 2 AC service check-up next week! GREAT SERVICE!
