rev:text	First of all...this location is NOT in Ballantyne. It is in Pineville hence why I think the service is of poor quality. I live in Pineville (actually, about a mile & a half from this location) however, I would rather drive to the Rea Rd. location as they know how to treat their customers! Of course, any fast food place is "dog food" as my boyfriend likes to call it. They can't get the iced coffee right, they would rather stand around & either twiddle their thumbs or talk to their friend that just walked in, INSTEAD of taking your order, making you have to wait in a long line (not fun if you have kids...trust me, been there done that). My advice...if you have no other alternative but to go to this location due to being low on gas or what may have you stay home & make a meal or, if you can afford the drive, ACTUALLY go to the REAL Ballantyne area...yes, there, you may have to deal with some snobs, but I would rather deal with the occasional "snob" than deal with poor service.
