  • Located in the Asian supermarket in the Chinese Cultural Center, this is almost as good as Chinese food gets in the Phoenix area. It's also relatively cheap. They have the best milk tea outside of the Chandler area. Just make sure not to go to the cafeteria style area of the restaurant that serves more "American Chinese" fare, but head to the back part where it is much more authentic. It's good enough that anytime I make a trip to the Skyharbor airport I stop by.
