  • What I liked most about the team at 1st Response Auto is that they really seemed to care. I dropped off my truck on a Saturday after the business had closed. The owner was there working on another vehicle and immediately reassured me that he would look over and test the entire electrical system, not just the solenoid/starter which I reasoned to be the issue. He even gave me a ride back to where I was lodging for the weekend. The repair work was efficiently completed on Monday and came with a warranty for parts and labor. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the peace of mind it provided.
