  • This is the worst Radisson at which I've ever stayed. We arrived fairly late (early in the AM), but the guest service personnel was kind enough to give us a late check-out option on following afternoon. When we arrived to our room, we discovered there was no hot water. They tried to switch us to a different room, only to find out there was no hot water in the 2nd room either. I was too tired to continue the hot bath hunt, so I opted to go to bed without a shower. Additionally, we were locked out of our room twice because they had provided keys that did not work. If the maid hadn't let us in, we would have had to make a 2nd trip to the front desk. On the topic of aesthetics, the lobby is under renovation, so everything is on the ugly side. Not only that, but all paperwork were filed by hand. I guess it's refreshing to get a glimpse of what it looked like to check into a hotel during the prehistoric age.
