  • I have used this company now for several years. I have stayed with them after having stopped using several other companies due to bad service or theft issues. I have never had an issue with Cleaning Solution or their staff. Holly, the Office Manager is extremely professional and has always worked with me if I needed a change or additional service. The cleaning team I have has been the same as I requested with the only exception being when the team has vacation or sick time off. I have also used Cleaning Solution to do a move-out cleanings on my rental property and the job they did was excellent. I have never needed to stay at the house or the rental, the teams come in on a garage code, clean, stay the full 2 hours and leave. I'm also very OCD and they know this and make sure they put everything back that they move so I don't have to go in behind them. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews here, I know they have been short staffed at times and that causes a bit of a scheduling delay, but nothing that has negatively impacted my experience in the last 3+ years I have utilized this company for my cleaning needs.
