Scheduled an appointment 10 days ago for today - given window of 8 - noon. Tech was great, called first thing this morning and said I was his fourth stop and he would be here close to noon. Called just before noon and said he was running behind and would be here between 1 and 3. Received a call from Sears at 3:00 saying he was on his way. Got a call from the tech ten minutes saying he had one more stop and would be here around 4. Said Sears added more calls and I was now his 7th stop. Called to complain and was offered "the opportunity" to reschedule my appointment. Seriously Sears???? No wonder you are having financial troubles. Your customer service is non-existent. I will never use your services again.
