I would give Sunchain a negative rating if I could! They really could care less to have you as a customer. I took a few months off from tanning (still paying my membership fee) and had them hold my tanning lotion i had purchased( that was $80) only to find when i returned they threw it away! without a courtesy call, letter or email. When I went in to talk about this the girl really good care less! her only option was she would give me 20% off a new bottle, why would I waste my money to only have them throw it away. Their mission statement really shouldn't say....
"At Sunchain our clients are our most cherished asset. We value you as a client, and we believe in treating you like a friend. Each time you visit our salon you can count on being greeted with a beaming smile and graciously welcomed by our staff. We want to be sure you receive prompt personal attention and an incredible tanning experience from the moment you walk in."
Their mission statement is not at all how they treat their customers! i was not treated like a cherished asset , more of a problem! So today i ended my membership and will not be going back!
