rev:text	This place is a good place, it has some flaws but not many. The Pros: The Apartments look good, there is a nice pool and spa, and the outside is well kept. The place is also gated. I have pretty much lived here for a year almost. Things to note: you get water but you have to set up an account with the Gas people to get hot water. The stoves are gas as well. You also have to set up your electric bill witch is fine. Some Bad's: You have to take there cable provider, and internet provider. This is the first time I have had to do that since I was in the Army. I never had to go with an apartment's own package, I usually can choose who to go with. I suppose this and other things are to catch people who they think may not pay rent. Speaking of that one issue I did have with them was that that they changed my rent due to an issue they missed and then called me like its was my fault or tried today if I did not pay the $200 they would send in a report. They had missed my internet pay on the bill most of the year ( when u take there net and tv provider, its suppose to go to your bill automatically or they suppose to set it and no one did. I was unclear about how much my rent was for like two months. They also have changed some things a lot and I have only been here around a year. They just got a gate hard for after hours but to tell the truth I do not see why, for the most part the place is safe. The Leasing Office/ Personal are ok but at times as stated above can get lost but fair. The place is right by a Post Office and some stores. Over all a good place to stay an 7 to an 8, could be a 9 or 10 if they take care of small things
