I have no idea of the quality of Nana's Pet Sitting, because after desperately trying to engage her services to help manage dog care for my seriously ill father-in-law, the owner, Linda, told me she would get back to me. I didn't have time to track her down again and instead found an amazing, responsive pet sitter (Creature Comforts) who answered the phone right away and understood the dire nature of the situation. The owner of that service was willing to do anything to help. More than a week later, Linda finally wrote back and told me very nonchalantly that she wouldn't be able to help and asked if she had told me this already. I informed her that she, in fact, hadn't and that I had engaged another, more responsive pet sitter and that my father-in-law had passed away while I was waiting for a response from her. Her answer was completely inappropriate to the situation. A service business survives on the quality of that service. This was one of the worst examples of customer service I've seen.
